Recover an account Sign in to your Google Admin console. In the Admin console, go to Menu Directory. Click the user you want in the list. Click Security. Click 2-step verification. Click Get Backup Verification Codes. Copy one of the verification codes. Send the backup code to the user in an IM or text message.
How to reset 2FA using backup codes? Sign in to your account using one of the 8-digit backup codestype one of the backup codes instead of the 6-digit Google Authenticator code. Navigate to account settings and disable the current 2FA with the unused backup code.

Web Select your circled initial in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Account settings. If you are having trouble logging in, first make sure that you are using the correct email address and password. If you used the option to sign in with Google or Apple with your FTX account, try using the same option to sign in to the Customer Claims Portal.
Delete a 2FA account on Android Tap and hold the desired authenticator account, and then select Remove. A notification window will be displayed advising your account will be deleted in 48 hours. Tap OK to continue.
Resetting Microsoft Authenticator Open Microsoft Authenticator on your device. In the Settings menu, usually found at the top right corner of the screen, scroll down and select Accounts. Choose the account you want to reset by tapping it. Then tap Remove account or a similar option. Follow the prompts to confirm.
Turn off 2-Step Verification Open your devices Settings app and tap Google. Manage your Google Account. At the top, tap Security. Under How you sign in to Google, tap 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in. Tap Turn off. Confirm by tapping Turn off.
