There is not a maximum file size for upload and download in FileNet. The maximum file size is dependant on the hardware, storage and your network and other factors in the configuration.
Kestrel maximum request body size For apps hosted by Kestrel, the default maximum request body size is 30,000,000 bytes, which is approximately 28.6 MB.
The maximum size allowed for a request, which includes uploaded files, is 4 MB, by default. Maximum request size can be specified in the Machine. config or Web. config file in the maxRequestLength attribute of the httpRuntime Element (ASP.NET Settings Schema) element.
