hi everyone I wanted to make this video to share with everyone a method that I found for dealing with postally used selfadhesive stamps that have come out in um uh recent times where the self-adhesive stamps are stuck on the envelope in such a way that itamp;#39;s almost impossible to soak them off and if you do attempt to soak them off sometimes you end up having uh bad results and and frankly these are uh generally low value stamps that uh are not very expensive or very valuable in a collection but theyamp;#39;re nice stamps to have because uh if you like collecting stamps with cancellation marks or just simply to complete uh collection so that you have the whole year set of postally used stamps you may want to save these now I read a number of articles online regarding different methods to to deal with these stamps and some of the Articles have suggested simply to to cut the stamp uh cut the envelope rather around the stamp and mount them that way in your album and that of course
