okay A late good afternoon to all its about 4 42 p.m Im sorry we had a mic issue and we couldnt uh get started Ill be quick uh Im sorry I couldnt do this yesterday I had a bad day training science was a little bit bigger than normal Market was a volatile uh I made one mistake one mistake and of course a problem is uh we we tend to be hard-headed and you say oh you know and I have not my best days day before okay so what you do is you become uh cocky thats my number thats my target its gonna go there right Dennis youve heard that before and of course it didnt go that number so I was not in a good mood by the time everything closed of course I over traded it so my commissions were high and so I just said ah so I said I needed I need a break so I didnt do it last night I apologize good a couple of things quickly as always if you need to be on the sign up list with us its always obviously the date its March 16th and thats there thats Im sorry it should be Thursday March 16
