Jeff demonstrates how to create a dynamic chart title with slicers in Excel. By allowing users to pick regions, the pivot table and chart can update accordingly. Slicers are inserted for region selection, and the selections are used to update the reports. The goal is to move the slicer and have its selections create dynamic titles for the chart and pivot table. This is achieved by cutting and pasting the slicer to a new location.
