from this presentation we will start the registers and as you are in registers you must have studied the flip-flops so what is flip-flop and for what purpose it is used if you remember the difference between the combinational and the sequential circuits you know that there is a difference of the memory block we have memory block and feedback in case of sequential wear has no memory block and feedback in case of combinational so the first problem was to design this memory block and if we can store a single big data in this memory block we can definitely design the memory block which will store multi bit data so the problem was to store a single bit data and we designed flip-flop for this purpose so flip-flop is a one bit memory cell it is used to store a single bit data it will store 0 or 1 easily there is no problem in doing that and if we can store 0 or 1 we can definitely store one 0 1 or 1 and I will call it multi bit data because there are four bits involved so this is our prime a

Binary registers are referred to as the effective method to store digital data. Binary registers use flip-flops, as a memory cell, to store the data. It is a good way of storing data, which works in terms of bits. Here, a group of flip-flops is used to store the data, which are usually called registers.
Registers are predetermined memory locations. Each processor has many different types of registers. Permanent registers are used to store the preprogrammed instructions required for various operations (such as addition and multiplication).
A register is a part of the processor that can hold a bit pattern. On the MIPS, a register holds 32 bits. There are many registers in the processor, but only some of them are visible in assembly language.
4-bit Parallel-in to Serial-out As this type of shift register converts parallel data, such as an 8-bit data word into serial format, it can be used to multiplex many different input lines into a single serial DATA stream which can be sent directly to a computer or transmitted over a communications line.
Registers are groups of flip-flops , where each flip-flop is capable of storing one bit of information. An n-bit register is a group of n flip-flops. The basic function of a register is to hold information in a digital system and make it available to the logic elements for the computing process.
These 4-bit registers feature parallel inputs, parallel outputs, J-K serial inputs, shift/load control input, and a direct overriding clear. The registers have two modes of operation: parallel (broadside) load, and shift (in the direction QA and QD).
A register consists of a collection of binary storage cells, each implemented by a flip-flop. The number of cells determines the length of the register and, therefore, the length of the binary word stored within the register.
A simple 4-bit register is shown below: 1. Registers. The common clock input triggers all flip-flops and the binary data available at the four inputs are transferred into the register. The clear input is useful for clearing the register to all 0s output.
