PowerPoint provides a variety of methods for printing slides, speaker notes, handouts, or presentation outlines, depending on the features available to the printer. Printed copies are particularly useful during the initial design phase to judge the design and content or to use the copies as layout sheets. Before we begin this lesson, ensure you have PowerPoint launched with created slides. To print, select the Office Button. Mouse over to Print, and select the Print command.
