[Music] hello im going to demonstrate how to position two flat slide sheets under our patient chris here were using two different colors just to make it easier for you to see and im going to position them one at a time some people do put the two together you can also do the same technique with a tubular sled sheet and so this enables me to position the slide sheets without having to roll my patient and were going to start off by folding our slide sheet so you need folds of about 20 to 30 centimeters and you need to fold them relatively neatly because that just makes it easier to unfold so we folded it up and im turning the whole folded sheet over so that the single layer is on top and the the edge is facing the head of the bed im gonna just place this under our pillow and just shimmy it down a little bit shimmy shimmy shimmy so that the slide sheet extends to the top of the pillar and all the folds are underneath facing the head of the bed im going to take the hand thats closes
