Our suggestion is to highlight the key words and phrases and make sure you incorporate them into your CV. The more you do this, the more likely you are to stand out and get to interview stage.
The main text on your resume should be left-aligned, or left-justified. This is standard for most professional documents and makes your resume easy to read. Your resume heading, which normally consists of your name and contact information, can be center-aligned if you prefer.
