You can adjust the table at Tools or edit the table directly on the edit page. Drag the gray circle icon to zoom in and out of the table. Click the white circle icon to select the whole table, drag the icon, then you can adjust its position. If you want to add rows and columns, just click the plus icon in the table.
Step-by-Step Instructions Position the cursor. Position your cursor in the editor where you want the table to display. Click Table icon. Set the number of Rows, Columns and any other table properties needed. View and enter text in the table. Paste content in a table. Edit a table.
After we use WPS Writer to open the document, first click the Insert tab, and then click the Table button.
Click the Table Tools tab and the Table Properties button, then a dialog box will pop up. In the Cell tab, find Size and check Preferred width. We can also adjust the width of all cells after entering the value ing to our needs.
Insert rows Tip: Select the same number of rows as you want to insert. For example, to insert five blank rows, select five rows. Place your cursor where you want your list to be. On the References Ribbon, in the Captions Group, click the Insert Table of Figures icon (even for lists of tables and equations).

The List of Figures is placed immediately after the List of Tables (or if you do not have a List of Tables directly after your Table of Contents.). The List of Figures is mandatory only if there are 5 or more figures found in the document.
How to change the table format Select a cell range to be set. Get into the Home tab and click Format as Table to show its dropdown menu, where we can choose one from the default formats. Left-click on any of the formats. Check the option titled Only Format as Table, and choose the row number of the table title.
