hi Im Maria Speth with Jay Bergen wealth my area of practices intellectual property and internet law one of the biggest mistakes that we see made is people assume that if it comes up on google images then it must be public domain or you know free game and that is absolutely not correct so you absolutely need permission to use any photograph that you find on the internet and the fact that it came up on google images doesnt mean anything its just a pointer its just an address or a way of finding images so absolutely get permission before you use any images or you could end up with getting a demand letter or even a lawsuit for copyright infringement
