hey everyone today Iamp;#39;ve got a quick video for you on the basics of how to work plantar fasciitis and one of the things that I really want to stress throughout the course of this video is explaining what plantar fasciitis is to your client I think that is incredibly necessary and helps them understand whatamp;#39;s going on so the first thing Iamp;#39;m doing here is working down from the calcaneus to the ball of the foot and Iamp;#39;m just drawing lines that coordinate with the direction of the fascia and helped it lengthen that out I want to explain why Iamp;#39;m doing this with my client and make sure that Iamp;#39;m working within their pain tolerance one of the first few steps I always do is apply friction around the calcaneus and what this does is really addresses how the Achilles tendon comes and wraps around that bone and bleeds into the plantar fascia my focus here is to really liquefy the docHub tissue all along the base of the foot so I am essentially drawi
