Click the File tab and select Print. Because your footnotes wont show up on the Excel spreadsheet, this is a way for you to check your work. Look at the bottom right of the preview window on the Print screen to see your footnotes.
Right-click on the cell note or go to Review Notes. Then, select Edit Note. Excel also offers the option to Convert to Comments.
Go to Insert Header Footer. Excel displays the worksheet in Page Layout view. To add or edit a header or footer, select the left, center, or right header or footer text box at the top or the bottom of the worksheet page (under Header, or above Footer). Type the new header or footer text.
Excel offers several options for managing footnotes: Editing an existing footnote: Double-click on the footnote superscript within the cell to edit its text. Make the necessary changes and press Enter to save the updated footnote.
There are a few ways to edit footers in InDesign. One way is to select the text frame that contains the footer text, and then go to the Type menu and choose Edit Footer Text. This will open the Footer Text dialog box, where you can change the text, font, size, and other settings.
Change the footnote font size, and formatting To change the font, size and formatting of footnotes: Click the HOME tab, and then in the Styles group, click the arrow for more options. Or, press ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+S.
Edit your existing headers and footers Double-click the header or footer you want to edit, or select Header or Footer, and then select Edit Header or Edit Footer. Add or change text for the header or footer or do any of the following: When youre done, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.
