turn off the printer, then turn on the printer. wait until the container of the printheads start to move while the cartridges are moving, detach the power cord open the cover of the printer. The container of the printheads is in the middle of the printer. Move the ink cartridges in the change position. Now you can remove the cartridge you want. when you have finished, place the container of the cartridges in the initial position. Close the cover. You are now ready to print
