If you cant find the option to add captions here, your account may be experiencing a glitch. Its also possible Instagram captions arent available in your location, or Instagram doesnt support your language yet. Take a break, and try again later, or try an external captioning tool.

How do I delete a caption on Rev?

Editing Caption Subtitle Placement, Content, and Timing In the bottom text area you can click on each line of text which will bring you into an editing mode, allowing you to insert, delete, or modify words in the caption. If you hover over any line, you should see two little buttons pop up to the left of the line.

Why am I not able to edit my Instagram post captions?

You cant edit a post 5 minutes after they were posted. Only the text of a post can be edited. No additional attachments can be added, nor can current attachments be removed. in the top right to indicate that its been edited.

To change the position of your captions: Click on the file name from your My Files page to open the captions in the Rev Editor. Drag and drop the captions to the relative top or bottom thirds of your video. Once you are done editing the captions, download a new copy of your captions file.
