Removing or replacing a filing at Companies House If a document contains unnecessary material (defined as either not required or not authorised), the Registrar of Companies (the registrar) may be able to remove it under CA 2006, s 1074 (administrative removal) via an application using form RP01.
Administrative restoration is a procedure for restoring your company if the business was forcibly dissolved e.g. struck off for not filing accounts on time. Its possible to apply for administrative restoration by contacting Companies House and completing the administrative restoration form.
The only way to recover these assets is by applying for a court order to restore the company to the register, in effect reinstating it as if it had never been dissolved. The restoration by court order process can take up to 15 weeks to complete and involves paying numerous fees.
Apply for administrative restoration a completed application for administrative restoration (form RT01) a cheque for 100, payable to Companies House any outstanding documents, such as accounts or confirmation statements (previously annual returns) any filing fees or penalty payments.
Administrative restoration An application to restore a company must be made within six years of the companys dissolved date by either a former director or member of a limited company, or by a former member of a limited liability partnership (LLP).
Your business must be in good standing with the Secretary of State (SOS) to revive your business entity. To revive your business, you must file one of the following forms: Application for Certificate of Revivor Corporation (FTB 3557 BC) Application for Certificate of Revivor Limited Liability Company (FTB 3557 LLC)

You can only apply to Companies House to get your company restored (known as administrative restoration) if: you were a director or shareholder. it was struck off the register and dissolved by the Registrar of Companies within the last 6 years.
The IRS cannot cancel your EIN. Once an EIN has been assigned to a business entity, it becomes the permanent Federal taxpayer identification number for that entity. Regardless of whether the EIN is ever used to file Federal tax returns, the EIN is never reused or reassigned to another business entity.
