To access the new Neural Filter called Photo Restoration in Photoshop, go to Filter and then Neural Filters. Make sure to turn on the feature and check the Enhanced Face box. If you want to colorize the image, also check the Colorize option. This feature creates a wonderful starting point for editing. However, it is only available in the latest public beta version of Photoshop 2022, not in the regular version. To get access to the beta version, open your Creative Cloud app and select Beta apps from the drop-down menu.
