To access the new neural filter called photo restoration in Photoshop, go to filter and then neural filters. Make sure "enhanced face" is checked and turn on the filter to see the magic. If you want to colorize the photo, simply check on colorize. This feature creates a wonderful starting point for editing. However, the photo restoration feature is only available in the beta version of Photoshop 2022, not the regular version. To access the beta version, you need to open your Creative Cloud app.
