so all you need to do is to go to filter and then neural filters now inside of that you will find this new neural filter called restoration photo restoration lets turn that on make sure enhanced face is checked and there you go magic isnt it now on top of it if you want to color it just check on colorize thats all youre pretty much done now this creates a wonderful just wonderful starting point lets take a look at the before and after so here is the before and here its the after but wait this feature is not available in the regular versions of photoshop so this is the regular photoshop 2022 updated to the latest version if you go to help about photoshop you would see that at the moment of recording this video this is the latest version if you go to filter neural filters you just wont find photo restoration so how do you get it this feature is available in the latest public beta photoshop among several other features so how do you get that beta so you need to open your creative

If there's an SD Card inserted, tap on the file and locate your photos. If your images appear here, simply tap the Share or Download icon to restore the photos back to your phone's gallery. Assuming you don't have an SD Card, there is another folder here to check, and that's the Images folder.
Restore photos & videos On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app . At the bottom, tap Library Trash . Touch and hold the photo or video you want to restore. Restore recently deleted notes While viewing any page or section in the Deleted Notes view, do the following: Control-click the tab of the page or section that you want to restore. Repair your library in Photos on Mac If the Photos app on your Mac is open, choose Photos > Quit Photos. Press Option-Command and double-click the Photos icon in the Applications folder (or click the Photos icon in the Dock). In the Repair Library window, click Repair to rebuild your photo library.

If backup is off On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app . Make sure you're signed in to the right account. At the bottom, tap Library. Archive.
