[Music] [Applause] [Music] in this video lets go and delete an email and recover the email that would have been in backups for office 365. now originally we did create a backup plan for the mailbox and it was office 365 mailbox it was this particular device and we were storing it to the cloud and was scheduled once a day we have retention policies under backup now you can see that i can choose this office 365 mailbox to cloud storage in here i sent an email said i really need this email to be put back into the email messages since it was deleted we havent backed up yet so lets go ahead and back up now the mailbox has been backed up lets go and delete this mail from this account and well even go into the deleted items and delete it there do you want to permanently delete this yes this email is gone now we need to get that message back into the mailbox now were going to go to recover were going to sort the 365 mailbox were going to see this incremental we just did im going to h
