hi barbara its your douglas street tech support here um im going to show you how to fix your uh tv guide because its its quite easy to do all right so this isnt exactly what your screen looks like but youll probably recognize it from your your tv mate setup so if you look on the right hand side right hand column there it says no information which i assume is what youre seeing since your tv guide is gone that this can disappear uh randomly pretty much anytime so this is how you fix it so you um move the cursor to the far left right so yours will probably doesnt say tv i dont know what it says but a favorites thats what it is but one of the options at the bottom the option at the bottom should be settings go there click on it and then on the right side youll see the options there what you want to do is update the epg all right so click on that and go down to update epg click on it and this can take 30 seconds maybe maybe a little longer um but when its done um you should see
