[Music Intro] Hi. Im Devon Dean, content director here at ProjectManager.com. Today Im going to teach you how to help sell your project using a project proposal. A key thing to remember is that people buy from people. Dont expect the project proposal document that you put together to be taken up by the decision makers in an organization in isolation of any communication youve had with them and award funding and resources and mindshare to that project. Its important to remember this because you can write the best project proposal document but without that people interaction you have a slim to no chance of getting your project funded. While youre preparing the project proposal document its really important for you, your project sponsors and the champions of your project to go out there and actively lobby the decision makers of your organization about your project. Use those lobbying sessions and those one on one meetings to actually refine and hone your understanding of what the

There are, theoretically, 1 billion possible Social Security number combinations. This all-important nine-digit figure, first issued in 1936, enables you to receive disability and retirement benefits, apply for a drivers license in many states, file your income taxes (with some exceptions) and much more.
The nine-digit SSN will eventually be exhausted. The previous SSN assignment process limited the number of SSNs that were available for assignment to individuals in each state. Randomization affords the SSA the opportunity to extend the number of SSNs available for assignment for many years.
Even though we have issued over 453 million SSNs so far, and we assign about 5 and one-half million new numbers a year, the current numbering system will provide us with enough new numbers for several generations into the future with no changes in the numbering system.
To date, 453.7 million different numbers have been issued. Q20: Are Social Security numbers reused after a person dies? A: No. We do not reassign a Social Security number (SSN) after the number holders death.
Are Social Security numbers reused? No, the Social Security Administration (SSA) does not reuse numbers. It does not reassign a Social Security number (SSN) when the person holding that nine-digit combination dies. About 454 million SSNs have been used to date.
So were not in danger of running out of them anytime soon, and your number is yours to keep. Forever. An FAQ on the agencys website says it will not reassign your number even after you die.
The limits on replacement cards were the result of Public Law 108-458, Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004, which amended the National Security Act of 1947. Restricting the number of replacement SSN cards, says Lutz, strengthens the integrity of the SSN. Follow me on Twitter or LinkedIn.
On June 25, 2011, the Social Security Administration (SSA) changed the way Social Security Numbers (SSNs) are issued. This change is referred to as randomization. The SSA developed this new method to help protect the integrity of the SSN and extend the longevity of the nine-digit SSN nationwide.
