This tip isnt a new capability in Outlook, but quite helpful if youre in many back-to-back meetings at home or even in the office. Im going to show you how to change the default meeting duration to give others - and yourself - a little time between meetings. In Outlook, to File, then Options, then Calendar. Under Default duration for new appointments and meetings, youll see a checkbox for End appointments and meetings early For less than one hour, the default is 5 minutes, but you can also choose 8 and 10.
