[Music] signing forms sounds really simple doesnt it yes sign a form now were signing more forms electronically than we ever were so you know come march last year and come covered uh a lot of things that people were could have done electronically before but didnt they now are doing electronically so because you know weve weve worked out how to do it better uh there are some better platforms around to do things now lets just take for example agency agreements now this doesnt matter whether its a property management agency agreement or a sales agency doesnt matter what the agency agreement about its an agreement youre sending it off to your landlord your vendor to sign okay dont sign it before you send it dont put your signature in because what if they come back and theyve crossed parts out or they dont agree to sign certain things or they you know then i heard from an agent this morning that somebody had had it they they turned it theyve actually been sent a pdf it wasn
