hi my name is Bree Clark and Im a software expert today Im going to show you how to change the background color in Excel now Excel doesnt actually have a background color feature but what we can do is change the background color of the individual cells so well start by selecting all of the cells on the worksheet you can either do that by pressing ctrl a or by clicking in the space between the a and the one column and row headers in the upper left corner of the spreadsheet once youve selected all the cells you can go up to the Paint Bucket click the drop-down and pick a fill color so now Ive changed all of those cell colors but this will not carry on to a new worksheet if I come down here at the bottom and click the plus sign to insert a new sheet those cells will be transparent or appear white just like sheet 1 did originally and if I go back to sheet 1 it still has the background color my name is Bree Clark Im a software expert and I just showed you how to change the background

In order to set your Custom Invoice Template as the Default: Navigate to Settings. Select Custom Form Styles. Locate the desired template and choose the drop down arrow. Select Make Default.
Go to Sales, then Invoices (Take me there) or Estimates. Select Create invoice or Create estimate to create a new form. Or to edit an existing form, select an invoice or estimate from the list and select View/Edit. To update your company info, select Edit company on the form.
In cases where you want to delete or amend an invoice, a credit note will usually suffice as the solution. A credit note allows you to effectively - and legally - cancel an invoice. Its required by law that you always keep a copy of all invoices you issue for control purposes.
To change the template of an invoice, please click on the saved invoice which you would like to edit, then choose Select Template.
To correct a mistake on a handwritten invoice you have already given to a customer, write a corrected version, mail it with a note explaining the correction, and keep copies of both the incorrect and corrected invoices.
HMRC guidance states that if you have sent an invoice to your customer and need to make any changes, you should create a credit note for the incorrect invoice, and then send a new invoice to your customer with the correct details.
Accounts Payable invoices can be adjusted if they are entered with the incorrect amounts, dates, General Ledger distributions, etc. There are different resolution scenarios depending on whether the invoice has been posted, paid, or both.
On the invoice window in QuickBooks Online, there is a customize button near the bottom that allows you to choose from the given templates or edit the existing invoice template.
How do I edit the invoice template Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles. Choose the template youd like to customise, then click Edit. You can also click on New Style, then choose Invoice. On the Edit invoices that turn heads and open wallets, click either the Design or Content tabs.
E-invoicing improves tax controls; amendments cancellations are allowed. Amendment/cancellation on IRP; e-invoice system allows for 24-hour cancellation. On GST portal, amendments/cancellations are permitted. Process to cancel e-invoices in bulk also explained.
