Go to Commerce Manager and select your shop. In the left-hand menu, click Settings. Click Edit in the top-right of the Commerce account info section. Click Deactivate commerce account.
Navigate to Service Catalog Open Records Requests and open an existing request. In the Requested Items related list, select the check box beside the item to delete.
Note: You cant delete your catalog if its connected to a shop on Facebook or Instagram. You also cant disconnect it from your shop. If you want to use a different catalog for your shop, youll need to set up a new shop and select that catalog during setup. You need the Manage catalog permission.
To delete a product tag or collection and promotional feature: Go to the post with the product tag or feature that you want to delete. Tap (Android) or (iOS). Tap Edit. Tap . Tap Tag products. Tap the tag or feature that you want to delete and then tap X above the tag. Tap (Android) or Done (iOS).
The most common reason for not being able to delete a Page is because the user is not an admin of the Page. If you are an admin and you still cant delete your Page, its possible that there may be another admin who may have canceled the Page deletion before the 14 days passed.
Go to Commerce Manager and select your catalog. Open the Catalog tab and go to Items. Click the checkboxes next to any items you want to delete. Select Delete and then Delete items to confirm.
To delete a collection from your Facebook Page shop: On your Facebook Page, click Publishing tools. Find Shop in the side menu and click Collections. Check the box for the collection you want to delete, click Actions and select Delete collections. To proceed, click Delete collection to remove it from your shop.
Go to Commerce Manager and select your catalog. Open the Catalog tab and go to Items. Click the checkboxes next to any items you want to delete. Select Delete and then Delete items to confirm.
