Apply rubbing alcohol, hair spray, or hand sanitizer to dilute the stain, making it easier to remove during the wash. These solvents help tackle most types of ink stains but remember to test the stained garment for colorfastness first as they can also attack fabric dyes and cause further damage.
Rubbing alcohol is highly effective at removing ink stains from your skin. All you need to do is pour a little in your hands and rub your hands together until the ink stain washes away to the alcohol. Then, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and rinse clean.
How do you remove ink after it has dried? Put down a towel you dont mind getting stained, and place the stained garment on top of it. Treat the stain with rubbing alcohol or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or hair spray and let sit for at least 10 minutes before blotting and rinsing with cold water.
To get pen off of your skin, try wetting a washcloth with rubbing alcohol and rubbing the ink off with it. You can also try using hairspray, acetone nail polish remover, or hand sanitizer. Even white vinegar can work in a pinch.

Olive oil or coconut oil If you have olive or coconut oil at home, apply a small amount to your skin and rub in gently before rinsing away. These oils can help bind to your epidermis. In theory, the oil can then attach to the permanent marker stains on your skin and help remove them gently.
Ink stains can be removed using Oxalic acid C 2 H 2 O 4 .
Wet a cotton ball or washcloth with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol or surgical spirit) and scrub the ink off your skin. Rubbing alcohol is often your best bet for removing the oil-based ink found in most pens. It dissolves oils, allowing you to wipe the ink off your skin.
You can also remove an ink stain from your favourite shirt using white vinegar and cornstarch. Begin the cleaning process by first dampening the ink stain with white vinegar. In a separate bowl, mix 2 parts white vinegar and 3 parts cornstarch to make a paste.
Ink from pens, markers, highlighters, etc., is considered minimally toxic and in such a small quantity that its commonly not a poisoning concern. Symptoms are typically a stained skin or tongue and, although unlikely, mild stomach upset.
