Note: You can delete multiple invoices at once. To do so, simply select all the invoices you wish to delete, select the Batch actions button and select Delete.
Go to the Accountant menu, then select Batch Delete/Void Transactions. Find and select the checkboxes next to the transactions you want to delete or void. Select Review Delete if you want to delete the transactions. If you want to void them, select Review Void.
Go to the Accountant menu and select Batch Delete/Void Transactions. Select the transactions you want to delete or void from the Available Transactions list. Select Review Delete (or Review Void). Select Back Up Delete or Back Up Void.
Heres how you do it: Step 1: Click on the drop-down and pick the Transaction/List you want to delete. Step 2: Select the right date type. Step 3: Pick the Date Range for what you want to delete. Step 4: Hit the Search button, and voila!
In the Money in section, select Sales receipts or Invoice payments. Select the sales receipt or invoice payment that you want to edit. Select Edit ✎. Make changes, then select Save.
Once the sales receipt is open, locate and click on the Delete button to initiate the deletion action within QuickBooks. You can find the Delete button at the top of the sales receipt window, usually next to other action buttons.
Void a payment Sign in to QuickBooks Desktop. Go to the Customers menu and select Customer Center. Select the Transactions tab. Select Sales Receipts or Received Payments. Find and open the receipt or payment. Go to the Edit menu and select Void Sales Receipt. Select Save Close.
Create multiple sales receipts at one time Select + New, then select Batch transactions. Select Sales Receipts from the Select transaction type ▼ dropdown menu. Select any of the fields on line 1 to start and enter info into the fields. Select the next line to add a new sales receipt.
