[Music] hey and welcome to day three of our 30 days of demos video series my name is pete preston and today were talking about dynamic fields or dynamic sections and conditional logic in your new form builder lets look at a demonstration of dynamic sections and conditional logic which are based off of how users answer particular questions that you can choose for this one were using a change request form and were going to use the change type as the trigger question now when a user selects a particular answer here in the change type drop down we can then choose to show or hide different sections that follow so to add sections you can add them using this button that you see here but we wont add anything now because we have it built already and ill just quickly show you what those sections look like in the form builder so you can see here we have section n section start and you can name your sections here weve called it standard change so if someone selects the standard change chang

A certificate of insurance (COI) is a document from an insurer to show you have business insurance. Theyre also known as certificates of liability insurance or proof of insurance. With a COI, your clients can make sure you have the right insurance before they start working with you.
Are Insurance Policy and Insurance Certificate different terms? Yes, Insurance Policy and Insurance Certificate are two different terms. An insurance policy is the coverage plan offered by the insurer. The Certificate of Insurance is a document which proves that your vehicle is insured.
Certificates of insurance are not the same as an insurance policy. They are issued for information only; they do not amend, extend, or change coverage.
If you previously reported an interest as part of your COI report and changes are needed, you can simply edit the details.
The difference between a certification of insurance and a declarations page is a COI offers limited information about your insurance policy. Both documents usually state the insureds and insurance companys names and addresses, policy effective and expiration dates, policy number and company NAIC number.
Courts have generally held that certificates of insurance are not contracts and, therefore, not enforceable.
If you need to show proof of auto insurance to the Department of Motor Vehicles or your lender, you may need a certificate of insurance. This document contains information similar to a declarations page but omits specific details that third parties dont need, such as your auto insurance premium.
However, if the receiver of the form has a verifiable insurable interest in the policy, such as a mortgagee or lender, use form 27. When the property is insured under a large limit commercial lines policy and the lender requires specific detailed coverage information, use form 28.
If you want to be added as an additional insured, you need to request that the vendor adds additional insured coverage to the policy by adding an endorsement form. Adding an additional insured to a policy does not have to be complicated, but you do have to request this in an agreement or contract.
A certificate of insurance is purely informational and does not alter or amend any insurance policy. A COI does not serve as an insurance contract, policy, or coverage. Every COI should have qualifying language that states the document is a matter of information only and confers no rights to the certificate holder.
