Welcome to this tutorial on Background Removal in PaintShop Pro X4. Today we are going to use the background eraser tool to remove the background of one image, and replace that with a different background. So let's get started. To begin with, you will need to be in the Edit section of the program. This will allow you to work with the photo. Next go to the Window option on the main menu. It is important to make sure that Tabbed Documents is not selected for the purposes of this project. Now we're ready to select the images to work with. Go to the File menu and select Open. You will now be able to browse your collection of images. We will be using two photos in this example. To select multiple files in the same folder, hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard while making your selection, and then click Open.
