Click on the Title column and click on the Columns Settings. Then, Show/Hide Columns uncheck the checkbox next to Title and click Apply. The Title column will now be hidden from the list view.

In the Protect Document window check the box next to Remove personal information from this file on save Finish working on your document and then save.

Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
