so this was a module that I just installed today itamp;#39;s called the custom record Auto numbering external module and what it allows you to do it gives you some options for your auto numbering so with red cap when you have a project you either can have Auto numbering turned on and it will increment through the records starting from one and and going up uh incrementally or you can turn the auto numbering off and then redcap will allow you to enter a unique identifier for the record itself um and thereamp;#39;s but thereamp;#39;s thereamp;#39;s never been an in-between so weamp;#39;ve had people who wanted to format the outer numbering and you know they didnamp;#39;t want it to just be a single number they wanted to have Alpha Characters those kinds of things and and before that wasnamp;#39;t possible but when now with the uh with this external module itamp;#39;s it is possible but there are some limitations to it so let me go to the uh this is the documentation for the for th

Upon the award of your degree, your academic record is permanent and cannot be changed. This includes changes made through a retroactive drop. NOTE: Some schools have stricter guidelines than outlined above. You are advised to check with your school before requesting any change of grade.
If youve taken classes previously and youve done poorly, some schools will give you options. They might get rid of your old courses if you take a new set of classes. They might remove them from your transcript and expunge them.
Every college sets its own grade-change policies. And the process for how to change your grades depends on the school. At many schools, students must follow procedures in a certain order to change a grade. Colleges may only allow grade changes for certain reasons, including errors, arbitrariness, and prejudice.
Academic Forgiveness Policy (Repeat Policy) A student may repeat up to four courses, not to exceed 18 hours, in which the original grade was D or F. While both attempts will be visible on the transcript, only the second attempt will count in the calculation of the students overall GPA.
Thankfully, new laws passed over the last two years have banned transcript withholding in eleven states: New York, California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, Washington, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Connecticut and Oregon. Nine more states have considered bans, but have yet to pass proposed laws.
