To redo the most recent action that you undid, press CTRL+Y. To redo several actions, do one of the following: Press CTRL+Y repeatedly until the actions are redone.
In most applications, you can only use Ctrl Y to redo the last action that you undid using Ctrl Z. If you want to redo multiple actions, you will need to use Ctrl Y multiple times.
To make text bold using Ctrl B, you can select the text you want to format and then press the Ctrl key and the letter B simultaneously. This keyboard shortcut will apply bold formatting to the selected text.
When using a word processor like Microsoft Word, Ctrl+E is a shortcut for aligning text to the center of a line or paragraph. By placing the cursor within the desired text and pressing Ctrl+E, you can quickly apply center alignment, giving your document a visually balanced appearance.
To learn about the keyboard shortcuts in the new content editor, see Keyboard shortcut functions. To reverse your last action, press CTRL+Z. You can reverse more than one action. To reverse your last Undo, press CTRL+Y.
In the Version History dialog, hover next to the version you want, and to get a list of options, on the right side, select the down arrow. Select Restore. To restore the current version as the latest version, select OK. Note: SharePoint doesnt remove the earlier version you just restored.
The Redo function restores any actions that have been previously undone using an undo command. Some people may refer to this feature as a reverse undo. For example, if you typed a word, and then deleted it using an undo, the Redo function would restore the word that you deleted. To reverse your last undo, press CTRL+Y.
