For security reasons, your FedEx account locks after three failed login attempts or three failed attempts at resetting your password. If you are locked out youll need our help to unlock your account. Well ask a few questions to confirm who you are then well be able to unlock your account for you.
Please enter the username associated with your access and click Reset Password. An email will be sent to you with further instructions on how to reset your password.
The account administrator for the account you have forgotten the User ID and password for can contact Tech Support at 1-877-339-2774 for assistance.
To access your FedEx account number: Go to fedex.com and select Sign Up or Log In. Log in if you havent already. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu. Select Account Management to view your account number.
If you have forgotten your Purplepass username and/or password, you can select the option Forgot password link on the login screen to look up a lost password, as long as you know the email on file.
If you exceed the maximum allowed number of failed attempts to log in, wait 60 minutes after the last attempt, and your User ID will be reactivated. If you need additional help, you can contact FedEx Technical Support at 1.877. 339.2774.
