To redo something youve undone, press Ctrl+Y or F4.
In the dialog that opens, select tab Keyboard, in the upper pane Shortcut Keys select F4 (currently set to Cycle Cell Reference Types). In the lower middle pane Function select Repeat. You will see in the lower right pane Keys that Ctrl+Shift+Y appears as PKG says.
