hey everyone Iamp;#39;m Brooke and welcome back to my channel so there are a ton of note-taking apps out there and over the years especially when I was a student Iamp;#39;m pretty sure I bought every single one and tested everyone like Evernote notability good notes all to find the best note-taking app well guess what the best note-taking app is actually 100 free Apple notes has gotten so good over the years that it is now the only thing I use for note taking and quick captured notes now as Apple notes the fanciest note taking app out there no not even close but I do think itamp;#39;s its Simplicity and ease of use that just makes it so awesome to use especially for everyday use and best of all did I mention itamp;#39;s free now when it comes to a good note-taking app something thatamp;#39;s super important is organization because if the app is cluttered messy things are all over the place I personally get overwhelmed and will not enjoy using the app so so thankfully Apple notes o

Insert a note Click in the text where you want to insert the symbol for a footnote or an endnote. Click. in the toolbar, then choose Footnote. The symbol is inserted in the text, and the insertion point moves to the footnote text field at the bottom of the page. Enter the footnote text.
Add, edit, or delete a comment Select text, or click a table cell or an object you want to add a comment to, then do one of the following: In the toolbar, click. Type your comment, then click Done (or click outside the comment). To view, edit, or delete your comment, do one of the following:
Footnotes should be numbered consecutively in the order they appear throughout your paper. Each note should have a unique number; dont use the same number again even if you cite the same source repeatedly. Footnote numbers are usually placed at the end of the relevant clause or sentence.
Insert footnotes and endnotes Click or tap within your document content where you want to reference a footnote or endnote. On the References tab, select Insert Footnote or Insert Endnote. Note the newly created footnote, at the bottom of the current page or endnote, at the end of the document.
You can add comments to text, objects, and table cells. Comments are indicated by a square marker in the left margin of the document or next to the object (text is also highlighted).
For those using a Windows computer, press and hold the keyboard combination Alt + Ctrl + F to insert a footnote. If you want to insert an endnote, use the shortcut Alt + Ctrl + D. For those using a Mac computer, press and hold the keyboard combination Command + Option + F.
Add a citation Click where you want the citation to appear. Click. Enter text in the Find Citation field, then press Return to search your EndNote library for corresponding citations. Select options using the controls in the Find EndNote Citations window to define how the citation appears in your document.
Click the reference number or mark in the body of the text or click Insert Show Footnotes(for endnotes, click Insert Show Endnotes).
