To use Set-Acl , use the Path or InputObject parameter to identify the item whose security descriptor you want to change. Best Practices ACL tables should have the same name than the Entity, followed by a suffix ACL. The ACL table should have the same Public property as the Entity. When creating a new record on an Entity subject to ACL rules, the ACL record(s) should also be created.
Standard ACL Should be placed closest to the destination network. because it filter traffic base on the source IP address. As ACL work in sequence, when standard ACL is placed closest to the source it may stop the host to access other resources in the network that you do want to stop.
