okay Ashley so thatamp;#39;s how the problem looks and we want to type it in as a logarithm say I am just right here on the regular keyboard Iamp;#39;m just gonna spell the word log no capital or anything so L og okay now I want to push the base of seven seven seven six down to hang on the G I want to push it down so down here on these symbols I come over to this one subscript click it once and that lowered the box so Iamp;#39;m gonna type seven seven seven six now I want it to go back up to the regular line name on the same line as the logarithm so on my keyboard I am just going to press oh yeah yeah over here Iamp;#39;m gonna do right arrow and that neon took it back up to the regular line so thatamp;#39;s where the six goes and then my equal and now the power is the answer to the logarithm so ever there I can give my fraction button right there and put my 1 down arrow 5 + right arrow would bring it back up and then enter oh I guess because Iamp;#39;m in your account so it didn

The natural log function, ln, is the log with a base of Eulers number, e. -- To solve for x, we would take the ln of both sides. This is because x is the exponent of e, and the e and natural log will cancel out when put together.
Log rules refer to the rules of logarithms. These rules are derived from the rules of exponents as a logarithm is just the other way of writing an exponent. The logarithm rules are used: to compress a group of logarithms into a single logarithm. to expand a logarithm into a group of logarithms.
0:01 1:00 So we press Ln. And in this case were going to raise e to a power. So we press second and the LnMoreSo we press Ln. And in this case were going to raise e to a power. So we press second and the Ln key again for E raised to a certain power in this case. Its 3.
Rules of Natural Logs They are similar to the rules for other logarithms. The ln of the multiplication of x and y is the sum of the ln of x and ln of y. The ln of the division of x and y is the difference of the ln of x and ln of y. The ln of x raised to the power of y is y times the ln of x.
Here are the most commonly used log formulas. logb 1 = 0. logb b = 1. logb (xy) = logb x + logb y. logb (x / y) = logb x - logb y. logb ax = x logb a. logb a = (logc a) / (logc b)
The natural logarithm follows the same rules as the common logarithm (logarithm with base 10, usually written as log). That is, ln (ab) = ln a + ln b; ln (a/b) = ln a ln b; and ln (ab) = b ln a. The natural logarithm and the common logarithm are related throughln x = log xlog elog x = ln xln 10.
logarithm, the exponent or power to which a base must be raised to yield a given number. Expressed mathematically, x is the logarithm of n to the base b if bx = n, in which case one writes x = logb n. For example, 23 = 8; therefore, 3 is the logarithm of 8 to base 2, or 3 = log2 8.
Summary: Natural Log Rules The four main ln rules are: ln(x)( y) = ln(x) + ln(y) ln(x/y) = ln(x) - ln(y) ln(1/x)=ln(x)
