To enable the option, you need to set the value of the Application. EnableEvents property to False . Ensure that all instances of the web browsers that you use are closed and try to use the Paste Special option again. Paste special will not function if your web browser is causing the conflict.
Click the File tab, then click Options. In the Advanced category, under Cut, copy, and paste, clear or select the Show Paste Options button when content is pasted check box to hide or display the Show Paste Options button.
To paste in Powerpoint, right click and select Picture or select paste special and choose the enhanced metafile format.
Highlight the whole table in Word in a separate document. Copy it. Go into the document to the point you want to place it, and in Word choose paste special and then choose picture (enhanced metafile)
To insert localized sample text in Word, type =rand() in the document where you want the text to appear, and then press ENTER. The sample text that is inserted for the English version of Word resembles the following text: Video provides a powerful way to help you prove your point.

Tip: If youd prefer to use the keyboard, in step 3, you can press Ctrl+Alt+V to invoke Paste Special.
