Aside from visiting an adult in custody at their facility, there are three main ways to contact an AIC: phone calls, letters, and electronic communications.
Individuals are free to contact any state prison inmate by mail. Incoming letters are opened and inspected for contraband and then forwarded to the inmate. TRUST ACCOUNTS (AIC) 291-158-0010. Definitions. (1) Administrative Trust Account: An account created and approved by Central Trust that is located in the inmate financial banking system.
The only items adults in custody may receive directly from friends or family are photos and letters.
