Use hotkeys to remove all hyperlinks in a document Perform the Select all function by pressing the Ctrl and A hotkeys to highlight all the text in the document. Once youve highlighted the entire text, remove any hyperlinks present by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + F9 hotkey combination.
Mac users can use these hotkeys: To highlight the entire text in the article, press CMD + A. To remove all hyperlinks at once, press CMD + fn + Shift + F9.
Perform the Select all function by pressing the Ctrl and A hotkeys to highlight all the text in the document. Once youve highlighted the entire text, remove any hyperlinks present by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + F9 hotkey combination.
For Word in Mac, the following are the steps for shortcut option. Step 1: Use COMMAND+A and this selects all the contents in your word in which you want to remove the hyperlinks. Step 2: FN+COMMAND+SHIFT+F9 and this will remove all the hyperlinks in the word document.
Press Ctrl + A. This selects all the text in the document. Then, press Ctrl + Shift + F9 to remove all the hyperlinks in the document.
To remove a hyperlink but keep the text, right-click the hyperlink and click Remove Hyperlink. To remove the hyperlink completely, select it and then press Delete.
Select the text in which you want to remove all hyperlinks. It doesnt have to be the entire document. Click menu Add-ons Remove all hyperlinks Remove all hyperlinks.
Right-click anywhere on the link and, on the shortcut menu, click Edit Hyperlink. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog, select the text in the Text to display box. Type the text you want to use for the link, and then click OK.
