On the Design tab, in the Page Background section, click Watermark. If you are on Windows, then from the Watermark menu, select Remove Watermark. If you are on Mac, on the Insert Watermark window, select No Watermark at the top. And Word will delete the watermark from your document.
Many options are available to remove the watermark from images, such as using Photoshop or hiring professional graphic designers. Delete a watermark Right-click the watermark. Click Select watermark. Below the watermark, click Edit watermark to open the panel.
Go to the insert menu pull down and pick either header or footer and when that area opens on your document select the type that is there and delete it. How can you save documents for pasting into other documents (Google Docs)?
Once you make the selection, click the Format option in the toolbar at the top of the page. In the menu that appears, select or hover over the Text option. This selection leads to another menu where you can select the Strikethrough tool.
