To share a google doc with someone but keep them from making edits to the original, you can follow these steps: Open the google doc. Click Share. Change the link settings to Anyone with the link Copy the link and paste it wherever you are sharing it.
Click on the gear icon to access Settings. Uncheck both boxes to prevent editors from changing permissions or sharing and to prevent non-editors from downloading, printing, or copying the doc.
Accept or reject all suggestions On your computer, open a document at docs.google.com. Click Tools. Review suggested edits. A box will appear in the top right. To preview what your document will look like with or without the changes, click the Down arrow. and choose an option. Click Accept all or Reject all.
In Google Sheets, the SIGN() function is used to determine the sign of a given value. It returns the sign as either 1 (positive), -1 (negative), or 0 (zero).
Type the formula: =NOT(logicalexpression), where value is the value or expression that you want to negate.
To undo an action, simply click on the backward arrow icon. Alternatively, you can use the shortcut Ctrl + Z (Command + Z on Mac).
Select the cell where you want the result of the subtraction to appear. Type the subtraction formula in the cell, using the minus sign (-) between the cells you want to subtract. For example, to subtract cell A1 from cell B1, the formula would be =B1-A1. Press Enter to calculate the result.
You can hide all edits in Google Docs by following a few steps. Go to the File menu and select the Version History in the drop-down menu. Move the slider to the Only Show Named Versions. This allows you to hide all unnamed stored versions of the document.
