Common instances include but are not limited to: Vacation; Personal Leave; Bereavement; Jury Duty; Family Reasons; and Medical Leave Remember, approval of the time-off request will be dependent upon the employers policies and procedures in regards to time-off requests unless otherwise stated in an employment agreement. The request should be submitted to the employer with ample notice and a decision approving or rejecting the appeal should be administered by the employer as soon as possible.

1) From your Workday homepage, click on the Time Off and Leave worklet. 2) Click on the button labelled Correct My Time Off. 3) Navigate to the existing time off request that you want to delete or correct. Click on the request.
In order to retract your request for time off, the request needs to be in submitted status pre-approval. Once a request is approved, the time off is added to your schedule if you decide to change or retract your time off request after it is approved, youll need to ask your manager to remove the request for you.
In the All About Me screen click on Time Off. Complete the Date, Type (vacation, sick, personal, etc.) and Requested (number of hours normally 7.5 for full day). Then click the green Submit button at the bottom.
