hey guys iamp;#39;m aaron and this is sketchup square one where we take a look at the fundamentals of using sketchup today weamp;#39;re going to talk about rotating and sizing materials so weamp;#39;ve been doing a couple videos here about paint bucket material window and somebody actually a couple somebodies have asked well how do i rotate a material and itamp;#39;s a great question and weamp;#39;re going to take a look at how to do that right now okay so i have here just a little extruded rectangle i do a rectangular ground use push pull to pull it up and i put a brick material on it but my bricks are running the wrong way now thereamp;#39;s actually some logic inside of sketchup which tells materials which way to run so if youamp;#39;re doing roof type materials or brick type materials they a lot of times try to guess the correct direction to run but thereamp;#39;s certain ones like wood grain where wood doesnamp;#39;t have to be a certain direction right like wood
