hello friends welcome to this video in this video i am going to show you how to update all the fields in microsoft word so this is my sample word document which has a table of content list of figures and this one page content which has these two headings and a figure and a cross reference for this figure so lets quickly add a new figure this is my new figure since this is the first figure and the figure which was there earlier became the second figure this figure number should get updated this update should also appear here and at the place where i prostrate for this figure now there are a couple of ways to update all the fields however each one of them has some limitation for example if i use ctrl a and then click on update all field it doesnt update field in the header or if i use a print preview method to update all the field then it doesnt update table of content and list of figures so you have to do all these things in a proper way so that everything gets updated so let us sta
