Annotate email attachments on iPhone In the email, tap the attachment, then tap . Using the drawing tools, draw with your finger. When youre finished, tap Done, then choose to reply to the attachment sender, start a new message, save the annotated attachment to your files, or discard your edited attachment.
On the Edit menu, point to New, and then select String Value. Type DefaultPath, and then press Enter. Double-click the DefaultPath value. In the Edit String dialog box, type the path, including the drive letter, to the folder that you want to use for your Outlook saved items in the Value data box, and then select OK.
In Outlook 2016, select File Options General. In the Attachment options section, select the default state for the attachments that you choose in OneDrive or SharePoint from the following options: Ask me how I want to attach them every time (By default) Always share them as links.
Outlook lets you rearrange the folders you create in the folder pane. In the Folder Pane, drag the folder to a new location in the folder list.
The Edit Attachments window will open and show the list of attachments. To rename an attachment, click on its name. The field will become editable. Type the new name and hit Enter. To reorder attachments - drag and drop them to the right position with the mouse.
You have a variety of options to filter and sort your message list in new Outlook. You have the option to sort by date, category, sender, size, importance, subject, and more. Select Filter at the top of the message pane. Under Sort by, choose any option you prefer to sort your email.
View and edit an attachment in Outlook Select the message, calendar item or task that contains your attachment. Next to the attachment, select the and choose Preview. Attachments that can be previewed include: Office files, most image files and PDFs. You can also choose Save to OneDrive or Download it to your computer.
Open an email that has attachments. Click Edit Message, to put the email in editable mode. Open one of the attachments (e.g. Word or Excel document) Edit the document and click save, at which point the email is updated with the modified version of the document.
