I think when trying to cut through the noise of applying for jobs and docHubing out to employers it can sometimes feel a bit disheartening when people dont apply to your emails my advice would be to approach applying for a job or trying to get in front of the right people as you would a creative brief dont forget that creative directors received hundreds of emails a day and youre just one of those but be more creative maybe be a bit bolder I made a video to apply to all the different agencies that I applied to because I knew a creative directors were to have time to go through my portfolio we had one person a designer applies to my old agency with a pizza box with a pizza in it because they designed up the whole packaging it was a great way to showcase Helen and also was a really interesting thing to receive in the creative directors desk so be creative in your approach to getting a creative job [Music]
