The required case number can be found on eligibility letters for SNAP or TANF benefits. The number is also listed on a medical card.
1. Find accounts linked to your email Click your Google Account button at the top-right. Click Manage your Google Account. On the left menu, choose Security. Scroll down to Google apps with account address and click Manage access. Scroll down to the very bottom to edit Password Manager and Linked Accounts.
The Link Card is Illinois's EBT card. EBT = electronic benefits transfer. EBT card = a card that looks and works like a debit or credit card but is loaded with food stamps (also known as SNAP benefits) and/or cash benefits.
You can only withdraw money or check your cash account balance at an ATM. You cannot use your SNAP benefits at an ATM. These are some of the ATM networks that accept the Illinois Link card. Some ATMs may charge you a fee.
You may check the status of your SNAP application by calling 1-800-616-1309. If you have your case number, be sure it is available when you call. Your case number can be found on the top right-hand corner of every notice.
If you have an existing case or submitted an application, use Manage My Case (MMC) to do things like check the status of that application, view benefit details, report a change, renew benefits, upload documents, and link to the online appeals portal.
Anyone approved to receive cash assistance or SNAP (Food Stamps) benefits will be issued an Illinois Link card. The Illinois Link card is a plastic card that looks and works like a debit card. If you are eligible for cash and SNAP benefits, you will access both with the same card.
