The user ID for availing PNBs internet banking services is your customer ID, once your account has been registered for this facility. The customer ID can be found on your banks passbook.
User ID refers to the unique identity of the user which is obtained from the bank to log-in into the net-banking system. Customer/User ID is available in the Bank Passbook / Statement. If you are unable to find the same, please contact the branch. Q.
If you are using a net banking facility, you will be very familiar with the Customer ID or User ID. The Customer ID is mentioned in the welcome letter and cheque book. It is also mentioned on the first page of Passbook and Account Statement.
